For a child, this might mean playing or learning; for an adult, it could mean managing workplace stress or self-care. We look at the whole person—physical, emotional, and environmental—to help you live as independently as possible.

Our goal is to adapt environments and build skills that support your authentic self, rather than forcing you to mask or conform to typical expectations.

  • The initial assessment is a collaborative process where we discuss your history, goals, and challenges. For children, this often involves play-based observation and standardized tools; for adults, it’s a focused conversation about your daily functioning. We’ll end by creating a roadmap for your future sessions.

  • Our rate is $150.00 per hour. We understand that life happens, however, to ensure we can support all our clients, we require 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
